Equity and affordable housing have become top priorities for the city of Vancouver as it makes progress on the Heights District development.
The project covers 205 acres in central Vancouver, including the 63-acre Tower Mall Development, which the city plans to turn into a 20-minute community. The project will bring hundreds of residential units and commercial spaces to the area, and the city is making sure it will create housing and economic opportunity for low-income families and small-business owners.
